Rader Pelvic Physical Therapy

Heal without surgery or medication

1 in 5 women have chronic pelvic pain.  So do 1 in 10 men.

This is where

YOUR STORY

MATTERS

Pelvic Health is Complicated - You need time to talk about it.  When she opened the clinic, Dr. Rader's top priority was giving her patients plenty of time to tell their pelvic health story.  She has structured her appointments to give ample time for your care.
"Too many of my patients tell me they feel rushed, dismissed, or  unheard at their medical appointments.  Not here."

This is where

EXPERIENCE

MATTERS

Pelvic Physical Therapy is a profession, not a program.  If you've visited other clinics who have a pelvic health or biofeedback "program" led by nurses or part time PT's, then you may have had a limited look at your problem. Dr. Rader is dual certified in pelvic rehabilitation and pelvic floor biofeedback.

"Helping people heal from pelvic and abdominal problems is my profession, passion, and my complete focus."

YOUR PAIN

MATTERS

Do you have “Low Front Pain?"

RIGHT EXERCISES

MATTER

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction can strike anyone.

Everyone has pelvic floor muscles, which give you bladder and bowel control and are crucial to sexual function.  Kegel exercises are NOT for everyone.  Most don’t perform correctly, do too many, or not enough.  Dr. Rader is certified in pelvic floor biofeedback and will give you a properly dosed plan. If you have pelvic pain, Kegel exercises can increase symptoms.

  • Incontinence

  • Overactive Bladder

  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse

  • Constipation

  • Urinary Retention

  • Painful Sex

  • Pudendal Neuralgia

Over half of those attempting Kegel exericses are doing them incorrectly.

Success stories from people just like you.  You are NOT alone!

Pelvic Dysfunction can steal your hope.

Pelvic physical therapy can give it back.  Many pelvic and abdominal problems are related to musculoskeletal challenges.  While you can be cured of a disease or infection, you can only heal from muscle dysfunction. Without ongoing self-care, weakness or poor flexibility will return, along with your old symptoms.  Dr. Rader will teach you strategies for symptom relief today, and you will be armed with self-care solutions for lifelong symptom control.

"Dr. Rader changed the way that I view and deal with my pelvic pain. She gave me the knowledge and tools to assess, confront, and overcome a sometimes-disabling condition. This is the first TED Talk that's ever made me cry. She is amazing!"
